Abstract

This research aims to evaluate empirically the influence of the attitude and belief toward
buying decision for animal food of tilapia merked “Preo” at PT. Matahari Sakti at Muaro
Jambi. Object of the research in this study was consumers who buy animal food merked
“Preo” manufactured by PT. Matahari Sakti at Muaro Jambi. Populations of this research
were all farmers. This research used sample as much as 60 respondents. The technique in
colleting sample was simple random sampling where taking sample was done to all member
randomly from populations without considering their strata. The result of the research
that has been done showed that the attitudes and belief have positive influence toward the
decision of buying for animal food of tilapia merked “Preo” that manufactured by PT.
Matahari Sakti in Muaro Jambi.
