Abstract

The aim of this research was to know the influence of location product quality
and service toward customers’ loyality of fuja restaurant in padang city. Population
of this research was all customers who have been visited or have ever taken lunch in
fuja restaurant minimal three times during two months and they have age 17 years
old. Technique of collecting sample was purposive sampling, while total sample used
to analysis about 80 persons, the analysis tehnique of data used hypothesis test by
using multiple linear regression. The result of this research showed that the product
quality, location and service have significant influence toward customers’ loyality of
fuja restaurant in padang city. This research provides a practice recommendation for
managing the restaurant of fuja in padang city by continuing their effort to enhance
the product quality, location and service in order to increase their customer loyality
for the future.
