FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBIJAKAN HUTANG PADA PERUSAHAAN WHOLESALE

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and business risk to debt policy on wholesale companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this research, the research object is a wholesale company that is listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2013. The method of analysis used in this study regression and the classical assumption of normality test, multikolenieritas, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and test the hypothesis that the F test and T test were processed through Eviews program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that liquidity significant negative effect on the company policy of wholesale debt, profitability does not significantly influence the company wholesale debt policy, managerial ownership does not significantly influence the company wholesale debt policy, institutional ownership has no significant effect on the debt policy wholesale company, and business risk does not significantly influence the company policy on wholesale debt.
