PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DAN DANA PERIMBANGAN TERHADAP BELANJA DAERAH

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to test the influence of Local Government

Original Receipt (LGOR) and Balancing Funds (BF) to the Regional Expenditure (RE) in Sumatera Barat province. The population in this study are the 19 regencies/cities in Sumatra Barat province that already has a data realization Revenue Budget Expenditure (Budget) on the period of  2010 to 2014. This study uses census. To test the effect of local revenue (PAD) and the Fund Balance on the regional expenditure used multiple linear regression models. The results showed that the local revenue (PAD) and the Fund Balance have a significant impact on regional expenditure in Sumatera Barat province.
