Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of budgetary participation to managerial performance relationship mediate by organization commitment and perception of innovation at Pariaman government. The sample size is about 120 employees. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The results of this study showed the budgetary participation, organization commitment and perception innovation significantly influence managerial performance relationship. Meanwhile the budgetary participation didn’t have effect to managerial performance relationship mediate by commitmen organization. The budgetary participation didn’t have effect to managerial performance relationship mediate by perception of innovation.
