Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence influence job satisfaction, compensation, motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance, in this study, the object is an employee in the Social Service Workers West Sumatra. In this study used Social Service Workers West Sumatra Bukittinggi and Padang area. The data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires. In this study used two groups of variables. The first is the dependent variable is the performance of the employee. Both are independent variables consisting of job satisfaction, compensation, motivation and organizational commitment. To perform hypothesis testing is done by using the method of quantitative analysis using multiple regression models and statistical t-test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of the social services workforce employees of West Sumatra, while compensation, motivation and commitment of the organization does not have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of Social Service Workers West Sumatra.
