ANALISIS PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI KABUPATEN LIMA PULUH KOTA

Abstract

The main problem in regional development lies in its emphasis on development policies and projects based on the regional specialties in question with the use of physical resource potential of locally. Based on this, we need a study to determine the potential and the identification of economic sectors of Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The goal to analyze the development, sector economic base and economic sectors of potential. This research use GDP According to the Central Bureau of Statistics date acquisition of value-added economic activity in a region. Method used in this study are Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share, Growth Ratio Model (GRM), Overlay and Klassen Typology. Description of LQ research there are three sectors which constitute the basic sector. Judging from the results of the Shift Share indicate that the contribution of external factors greatly affect economic growth, structure economic not contributed to economic growth, and these sectors have a fairly high competitiveness so as to provide a positive impact on economic growth. From all of the results of the methods used is the same result. And of the results of the classification Klassen Typology there are three sectors that are advanced and rapidly growing sector. Suggestions from researchers that government in order to further develop and further advance the leading sectors are lagging sector in the planning and implementation of regional development.
