PENGARUH LEVERAGE, PROFITABILITAS DAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Industri Kimia dan Dasar yang Terdaftar di BEI 2011-2013)
Abstract
This study attempts to prove in empirical influence levrage, and profitability of their corporate social responsibility on the perceived value of the company. To research this is the population research is a chemical industry firm and the bottom of which is listed on the indonesia stock exchange BEI years 2011-2013. Sample chosen uses the method of sampling purposive so that sample was obtained 72 companies. The data in use is secondary in extract from the annual report of the company
The testing of hypotheses done by test linear regression worship of idols.Based on the results of the testing of hypotheses shows that leverage who tested with debt to equity ratio ( DER ) and corporate social responsibility that uses the ratio dr. Tobin’s q significant on the perceived value of the company profitability while that uses the ratio of return on equity ( ROE ) has no significant impact on the value of the company.
