Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain empirical evidence that influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee discipline. In this study, the number of respondents that’s used 50 respondents. The data used is primary data that was obtained through questionnaires to the respondents that meet the test criteria. In general, this study used two categories of variables. The independent variable was the of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, while the dependent variable was the work discipline. Stages of hypothesis testing is done by using a multiple regression model and statistical model (t-test). Based on the results of hypothesis testing was found that job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly influence on employee discipline at PLN (PT) Padang Branch.
