Abstract

Thisstudyisaimtodeterminetheeffect of profitability, leverage, andlikuiditytocompanydelisted on IndonesianStock Exchange. The research model using 19 companydelisted on IndonesianStock Exchange intheperiod 2009-2014. The test of hypotesisusinglogisticregresionanalysis, becausevariable of dependen inthisresearchisvariabledummy. The result of thetestfoundingleveragehaveaneffect on significanttocompanywhichisdelisting, leverageandlikuidityhave not significaneffect on tocompanydelisted on IndonesianStock Exchange (IDX).
