Abstract

This study purpose to proved the influence of satisfaction on compensation, pro-active personality and environmental organizations on job satisfaction, as well as determine the effect of satisfaction on compensation, pro-active personality and environmental organizations to satisfaction with the employment status as a moderating. In this study used 188 employees of the Main Branch of Bank Nagari Padang. The data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The model used data analysis through multiple regression model and sub-group analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that satisfaction with the compensation significant effect on job satisfaction, while the pro-active personality and environment orrganisasi no significant effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis testing results also showed that satisfaction with the compensation, pro-active personality and environmental organizations do not have a significant effect on job satisfaction moderated by employment status at the Main Branch of Bank Nagari Padang.
