Abstract

Rating healthcare enterprise into one of the key decisions that affect investors in investing. Rating healthcare companies affected by the position of liquidity, solvency, profitability and firm size. Therefore, the purpose of the implementation of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of liquidity, solvency, profitability and the size of the company rating the company's health. In this study used 75 financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used was obtained through secondary of Indonesian Capital Market Directory. The data used from the year 2010 - 2013 ago. For testing the hypothesis used binary logistic regression models. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that liquidity, profitability and company size does not significantly influence the company's financial health rating in Indonesia Stock Exchange, in the hypothesis testing also found that the solvency of a significant effect on the health rating of financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
