Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of work motivation, work environment and
transactional leadership to employee performance at the Local Disaster Management Agency in
Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, either simultaneously or partially and to determine which variable most
dominant influence on employee performance. Population and sample of this research all
employees on the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan totaling 64
people. The sampling method using field techniques (field research) in the form of questionnaires
to employees Regional Disaster Management Agency South Coastal District. Hypothesis testing
using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of hypothesis testing, concluding there is a
significant positive effect of work motivation, work environment and transactional leadership to
employee performance Disaster Management Agency in Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.
