Pengaruh Faktor Internal dan Eksternal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (studi empiris pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2009-2012)
Abstract
The company value is the certain condition that was get by the company since the company was launched until now. This research as purpose to know about the internal factor profitability (ROA), dividend policy, firm size and eksternal factor that interest rate and inflation. Population in this research is the manufacture company which is they are listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) in periode 2009-2012. Sample in this research use purposive technik sampling, with the result we get 29 sample.
Analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis which include the F-test, t test and coefficient of determination that first tested using the classical susumption includes normality test, autocorellation test, heteroskedastisitas, and multicollinesrity test. Simultant pfofitability and dividen policy affection on company value, while firm size, interest rate and inflation does not affect the company value.
