PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DANA ALOKASI UMUM, DANA ALOKASI KHUSUS, SISA LEBIH PEMBIAYAAN ANGGARAN DAN LUAS WILAYAH TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL DI PROPINSI SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract

This study has purposed to get empirical evidence of the influence of local revenues, general allocation funds, surplus payments to the budget and the area of capital expenditure. In this study, the object is used throughout the macro aspects of West Sumatra. Observation period is from 2009 to 2013. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Office of Financial Management (DPKD) and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analytical method used to validate the hypothesis is multiple regression models and statistical t-test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done found that the original pedapatan area, general allocation funds and an area of significant impact on the capital expenditure of West Sumatra province. while the rest of the over payment does not significantly influence capital expenditure of West Sumatra province.
