PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DAN DANA PERIMBANGAN TERHADAP BELANJA DAERAH SERTA ANALISIS FLYPAPER EFFECT PADA KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT TAHUN 2009 - 2013

Abstract

The purpose of this research to test the influence of revenue and equalization funds to regional expenditure as well as analysis flypaper effect in the province of west sumatra. The population in this research namely 19 districts in the province of west sumatra having realization data budget local year period 2009-2013. This research total use of sampling methods. The data collected and then in analysis on the model of linear regression worship of idols. The research results show that the local revenue general allocation fund, and the funds a share of the revenue have a positive influence significantly to regional expenditure, while special allocation fund has no significant impact on regional spending. The result of statistical test comparisons of t, a sig, correlation and the coefficients of determination of a variable general allocation fund of regional expenditure is greater than the values t statistic revenue. Because it occurs flypaper effect on regional expenditure in west sumatra province .
