PENGARUH PENGHARGAAN BERBASIS KINERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
Performance-based awards encourage employees could reverse the trend to meet the spirit of self-interest and passion to meet organizational goals. Performance is a multidimensional construct that is very complex, with stout difference in meaning depending on who is being evaluated, how is evaluated and what aspects are evaluated. Motivation is the impetus, effort and desire that is in man which activate, energize and redirect the behavior to perform the tasks well within the scope of his job.
This study aims to determine the effect of performance-based rewards to employee performance and motivation as an intervening variable in companies listed on the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The samples are manufacturing companies in large and medium scale. Data were processed using SPSS 14. The results showed that: 1) There Influence Awards Performance-Based Work Motivation. 2) There Influence Work Motivation on Employee Performance. 3) There Influence Performance Based Award on Employee Performance. 4) There are currently Effect of Performance Based Award on Employee Performance and Motivation Work As an intervening variable
