PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KOMPENSASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
Abstract
The employee performance is a work achievement or the result of work even from the quality or quantity that reach by the employee in doing his or her work based on the given responsibility. The purpose of this research is to know the affect of work place, culture organization, compensation, and work satisfaction toward the employee performance. The data that used in this research was the primary data such as questionaire which disseminated to the employee of BUMN and private banking company in Dharmasraya. This research is done through purposive sampling method with the permanent staff or employee who has been worked at least for two years as the criterion of the sample. The quantity of the questionnaire were 100, but the questionnaire that can be analize were 76 sheets. The analize of the data done by using multiple regression analysis with SPSS.

The result of this study proves that work place and culture organization not affect the employee performance. And for the compensation variable and job satisfaction affect the employee performance.
