PENGARUHKEPUTUSANINVESTASI, KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN, DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2010-2014)

Abstract

The goolls of this research are to empirically examine the influence invesment decisions funding decisions and dividens to the value of the company. The population this research are all companies on indonesian stock exchange (BEI)â€during the period 2010-2014. Based on the method purposive sampling selected 17 companies within one year, under observation for five years,the total sample used for the research amounted to 85 companies.

This hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression test. Test results showed invesment decisions,financing decisions and dividend policy does not affect the significance to value the company.
