Abstract

This research aims to determine effect of mentoring, career development, work environment, formal awards, informal awards on job satisfaction in Department of Finance and Asset Management Padang. The data used primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed. The technique of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis which includes the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination, the test conducted after test  level data valid, as: test of  the validity, reliability and classic assumptions. The results showed simultaneous Informal Mentoring and effect awards on employee satisfaction Department of Finance and Asset Management Padang. Meanwhile, career development, work environment and formal awards did not have effect on employee satisfaction Department of Finance and Asset Management Padang. Partially, effect of Mentoring on employee satisfaction influence on employee satisfaction Department of Finance and Asset Management Padang.
