Pengaruh Penggunaan, Pemanfaatan Dan Kepercayaan Akan Teknologi Sistem Informasi Baru Terhadap Kinerja Individual (Studi Empiris Pada Universitas Bung Hatta)

Abstract

This study purposed to get empirical evidence of the effect of the use, utilization and  trust in the new information technology systems on individual performance. In this study, the sample was 316 respondents consisting of employees, students and lecture at the Bung Hatta University. The research  using primary data obtained through questionnaires. The research used two categories of variables. The first variable used is the dependent variable is the performance of the individual. The second variable used is the independent variable that consists of the use, utilization and confidence in information systems technology. Yag analysis method used is multiple linear regression.

Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that the use and utilization variables individually have a significant effect on the performance of individual employees, students and professors at the Bung Hatta University, while trust does not have a significant effect on the performance of individual employees, mahsiswa and lecturer at the Bung Hatta University in Padang.
