PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN, HARGA DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN RUMAH SAKIT BERSALIN SUKMA BUNDA PAYAKUMBUH

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price and location on patients satisfaction of Sukma Bunda maternity hospital at Payakumbuh. The population in this study were all patients of Sukma Bunda maternity hospital at Payakumbuh. The sampling technique was accidental sampling, while the number of samples for analysis were 80 patients. Technique of data analysis for testing hypotheses is multiple linear regression. The results found that the price and location give significan effect on satisfaction and service quality does not give significan effect on satisfaction patients of Sukma Bunda maternity hospital at Payakumbuh. Contributions of service quality, price and location on patients satisfaction of Sukma Bunda maternity hospital at Payakumbuh 52,4%.
