Abstract

Tri internet cards is a SIM cards from Tri on the Internet with a wide selection of the quota and the period in accordance with needs. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, corporate image, and switching barriers on customer loyalty card GSM internet unlimited data 3 In the city of Padang. The sample in this study is the customers who buy and use the Internet Unlimited Data card GSM 3, the criteria have been aged over 16 years, has been using the Internet Unlimited Data card GSM 3 more than 1 year, and who live in the city of Padang amounted to 138 respondents. The sampling technique is judgment or purposive sample. The type of data used are primary data through questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test statistics to demonstrate the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially or individual.
Results of this study found that the quality of the products, the company's image and hurdles switching positive and significant impact on customer loyalty card GSM internet unlimited data 3 in the city of Padang.
