PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK PEKERJAAN, QUALITY OF WORK LIFE, DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL PEGAWAI BANK NAGARI KANTOR PUSAT
Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of job characteristics, quality of work Life, career development on organizational commitment of employees Nagari Bank Central Office. This research uses sampling withdrawal techniques proportional random sampling. The sample studied as must as 70 respondents. The type of data used are primary data. Data analysis method used is data multiple linear regression. With a formula that is found from the data analysis of multiple linear regression, to determine the contribution of the independent variable on the dependent variable, the result of determination coefficient of 67,7% in this influences the job characteristics, quality of work Life, career development on organizational commitment of employees Nagari Bank Central Office of 67,7% while the rest 32,3% influenced by other variables.
