PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN DAN PERSEPSI KEGUNAAN TERHADAP PRILAKU PENGGUNA E-FILLING, NIAT BERPRILAKU SEBAGAI INTERVENING
Abstract
This research aim to investigate the factors that influence behavior could increase among tax payer in Padang tax office. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM ) and  Theory of Plan Behavior (TPB) are used to underpin the relationship between perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefullness (POU), as well as role of intention to behave as mediating variabel. Final sample of this research is 172 respondents which consist of 98 women and the rest is man. The simple, multiple and hyrinchal regress are applied to reject hyphotesis the Result reveals that perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefullness (POU) do have asignificantly effect on  intetion to behave and e-filling behavior.
