THE INFLUENCE OF TRUST AND SATISFACTION TOWARD COSTUMER’ LOYALTY IN SAVING THEIR MONEY AT BRI BANK IN SOLOK CITY
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of trust and satisfaction toward costumers’ loyalty in saving their money atBRI bank in solok city. The sample of this research is 100 (one handret) costumers where save their money at BRI bank in solok.The tecnique of colecting data was purposive sampling, the data used in this research was the primari data from the quetioner distribution. Analyzing data method used in this research is the doubled linear regression analysis. The hyphothesis was tested by using Ttest statistic test to prove the trust and satisfaction variable to loyalty variable partially or individually. The result found in this research was that the credibility and gratification have a positive and sigificant influences to the costumers’ loyalty at bri bank in solok furthermare, it is suggested to BRI bank to increase the credibility and gratification of costumers to make the better loyalty costumer.Keywords : trust, satisfaction, and loyalty
