Pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Pengembangan Diri Terhadap Quality of Work Life di PT Lembah Karet Padang

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of occupational safety, occupational
health, and self-development to the Quality of Work Life (QWL) of employees PT Valley
Rubber Padang. In this study, the sample is used 48 employees, which all of the
population is used sample. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis, multiple
linear regression analysis, the classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing. From the
analysis of safety there are no effect on the Quality of Work Life (QWL), with value
0,273< 0,05. Where as the occupational health and self-development effect on the
Quality of Work Life (QWL), with value 0,00 > 0,05.
