Abstract

The purpose of this research want to examine the effects of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) variable to profit growth of Automotive and Components companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014 period. The research population was all Automotive and Components companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2010-2014 period. Samples was determined by purposive sampling method, a total of 10 companies. Techniques of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, testing are processed through with Eviews program version 6.0 for Windows. The result of this research shows that the data has fulfill the classical asumption, such as: distributed normally, no multicolinearity, no heteroscedasticity and no autocorrelation. Three variables that those the research also known CR, DER and TATO prediction percentage of those variable are 18%. Simoultaneously doesn’t have an influence to profit growth. From the significant individual test, found that Current Ratio (CR) variable have a positive significant to profit growth, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable doesn’t have influence significant to profit growth and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) variable have a positive significant to profit growth.
