Abstract

Abstract
This research aims to identify and analyze the Effect of Job Satisfaction, Job Stress Job insecurity
and Turnover Intention Against Empirical Study on Self Yossie Padang. Population and sample in
this research is the whole all employees who work within the Supermarkets of Yossie Group
Padang totally 83 employees. Data collection method used in this research is census method is a
method performed by using the entire population to be sampled, so the number of samples is equal
to the population of which amounted to 83 employees. The sampling of this reaseach is multiple
linear regression with SPSS tools 17. The result of hypothesis showed that there is a significant
negative effect of job satisfaction on turnover intetion, there is a significant positive effect of job
insecurity (Job insecurity) against turnover intetion and there is a positive influence significant
work stress on turnover intention.
