Abstract

This study was directed to examine the impact of service quality and location of the customer's
decision. The samples used were 87 respondents to the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The
data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. With the formula Y = a + b1x1 +
b2X2 based on the analysis of data in the found results of multiple linear regression analysis, which is Y
= 1.423 + 0.122 + X2 0,759X1, to determine the contribution of the independent variable on the
dependent variable, the result of determination coefficient of 54.5 %, this shows the impact of service
quality and location of the customer's decision to use LIFO BMT amounted to 54.5%, while the
remaining 45.5% is influenced by variables not examined in this study. To test the hypothesis, test T-test
where the results of the quality of service, 0,000, and the location, 0.049. Thus the results of this
hypothesis is accepted because it was found that the quality of service and location of positive and
significant impact on customer decisions in the use of LIFO BMT.
