Abstract
Inequalities of income distribution is one of the problems in the microeconomy that relates with equitable distribution of income between the society. The purpose of this research is to analyze inequalities of income distribution between districts and cities in West Sumatera in 2000-2014. The data that is used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data means that PDRB data per capita and population dat in each districts and cities in West Sumatera, and analytical method is used is Williamson index
The result is showed in 2000-2012 at regency area and city in West Sumatera get inequality that in incoming of distribution in society that the level of inequality is about from 0,38-0,41. In 2013-2014 the inequalities is low. It is about 0,25. From the explanation obove, we know that the distribution of income is almost evenly in West Sumatera.
