Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Non-Physical Environment, Job Characteristics,
Individual Characteristics on Job Satisfaction of Civil Servant in Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro
Kecil Dan Menengah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Riau. . The sample in this study were all Civil
Servants in the Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir,
Riau totaling 33 people. Where to obtain accurate data estimation results. Techniques used in
sampling is a method of census. The type of data used are primary data through questionnaires.
Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Test the hypothesis by using test
T-test statistics to demonstrate the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable
partially or individual.
Results of the study found that non-physical environment significant positive effect on job
satisfaction Employee. Job characteristics significant negative effect on job satisfaction Employee.
Individual characteristics significant positive effect on job satisfaction of the Civil Servant in Dinas
Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Riau.
