THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR EMPLOYEE MORALE PT. SINAR NIAGA SEJAHTERA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment for employee morale PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. The sample in this study are employees of the office of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Padang totaling 56 people. Techniques used in sampling is a method of census data used is primary data through questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Test the hypothesis by using test T-test statistics to demonstrate the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially or individual. Results of the study found that leadership style and work environment significant positive effect on employee morale PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera
