PENGARUH KERANGKA LEVERS OF CONTROL (LOC) DAN ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Jasa Kesehatan Propinsi Sumatera Barat)
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the framework levers of control (LOC) and organizational learning on performance of Local Hospital in West Sumatra Indonesia
Population and sample in this research all around the manager who was in the hospital in Sumatera Barat both public and private, amounting to 20 government hospitals and 47 private hospitals. The sampling method by using purposive sampling, ie sampling technique with particular consideration. Hypothesis testing using Eqution Modeling Structural analysis by tools using AMOS 16.
The results of hypothesis testing, concluded Dimensions Belief systems, Boundary system, Diagnostic System and Interactive control system on the levers of control variables shown to affect organizational performance. While Organizational learning is also shown to affect organizational performance. Furthermore, it also has a direct influence levers of control to increase organizational performance is better than engaruh indirect levers of control to increase organizational performance through organizational learning.
