ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI UNDERPRICING SAHAM SAAT INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING (IPO) DI BEI (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2010-2014)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of underwriter reputation, ROA, DER, EPS, proceed toward underpricing that occurs on initial public offering at Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this research is IPO companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2010-2014. Sampling using purposive sampling is the selection of the sample with certain criteria, so that the sample obtained in this study were 65 companies. Data obtained from the annual report of companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for periode 2010-2014. Multiple regression analysis was employed to analyse data. Regression analysis was dose using SPSS 21.0. The result showed that proceed significantly effect underpricing, while underwriter reputation, ROA, DER, EPS does not effect underpricing.
