Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to get empirical evidence the influence of Islamic work ethic to work attitude jorong leader Tanah Datar District of West Sumatra. In this research, the sample was 191 people jorong leaders in Tanah Datar. In this research variables used in two main groups. The first is an endogenous variable that job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The second variable is exogenous Islamic work ethic. The process of hypothesis testing is done by using the treated with SEM analysis using AMOS 22. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that the Islamic work ethic positive effect on job satisfaction, while the second hypothesis was found that the Islamic work ethic positive effect on comitment organization jorong leader in Tanah Datar.
