Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of firm size, business risk, and liquidity to debt policy on subsektor textil and garmen companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is subsector tekstil and garmen company that is listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. The analysis method that used in this study is regression and classical assumption consists of normality test, multicolenierity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and hypothesis test, consists of F test and t test that processed with Eviews. Based on the results of hypothesis tested is found that firm size and business risk does not significantly influence the debt policy subsektor textil and garmen company, and liquidity significant negative effect in the company policy of subsektor tekstil and garmen debt.
