Abstract

This study aims to analize in empirical the influence on the leadership transformational against the motivation to work and satisfaction work. in this research is a sample 57 people. the teacher High School Country 4 Solok City. The kind of data in use is the primary data in again from the spread of questionnaires. In this study in the use of two categories of variable. The first variable endogenous consisting of motivation to work and satisfaction work. The second both variable exsogenous consisting of leadership transformational. To perform testing hypothesis in do with the data analysis quantitative using a test statistics structural equation modeling the help of a smart PLS version 3. The result hypothesis in do in found that leadership transformational influential positive towards the motivation to work a teacher High School 4 Solok City and leadership transformational influence positive towards the satisfaction of work of teacher secondary school over the Country 4 Solok City.
