Pengaruh Faktor Demografi, Pelatihan Dan Pemahaman Akuntansi Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintahan Nagari Di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota

Abstract

This research aim is to get to know the demographic factor (age, gender, education, jop experience), that influence training and accountancy comprehension toward the government performance in village lima Puluh Kota regency. The population in this research is 237 people including village head, the secretary and the treasurer. Total sample of this research is 59 fuctional govermen in village Lima Puluh Kota regency. Technic data collection that used is survei method, the quetioner are separated to the responden. The analysis that used is double regression linier. That result showed that the demographic factor (age, gender, education, job experience), training and accountancy comprehension do not have any effect toward the government performance in village Lima Puluh Kota regency.
