Abstract

This research was conducted at the Head Office of the District Kuranji Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline influence on employee performance. Respondents were 32 employee at the Head Office of the District Kuranji Padang. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique using census methode. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F, and the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the partial test and t test showed that the motivation variable has no effect on employee performanced. Variable satisfaction and discipline have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline and significant positive effect on employee performance.
