PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DANA ALOKASI UMUM, DAN SISA LEBIH PEMBIAYAAN ANGGARAN TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL DENGAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI SEBAGAI PEMODERASI DI SUMATERA BARAT 2009-2013

Abstract

This research aim is to analyze about the effect of the district Local Own Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), and Budget Surplus (SILPA) to the Capital Expenditure with the moderating Economic Growth (PE) in regency and city in Sumatera Barat Province years 2009-2013. Sample is taken using total sampling method with total sample 95 data. This research data is based on APBD realization report and PDRB table West Sumatera Province years 2009-2013. The collected data is going to analyze and the hypothesis is going to be tested with SPSS 16.0. The result showed that the variabel district Local Own Revenue (PAD), Budget Surplus (SILPA), Economic Growth (PE), interaction the district Local Own Revenue (PAD) with the Economic Growth (PE), interaction General Allocation Fund (DAU) with the Economic Growth (PE), and interaction Budget Surplus (SILPA) with the Economic Growth (PE) do not have a significant effect toward Capital Expenditure. On the variable of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) have a significant effect toward Capital Expenditure.
