PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN DENGAN STRATEGI SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI

Abstract

Intellectual capital is one of firm’s strategic assets has unique value, difficult to duplicate, so it’s can increase firm’s competitive advantages. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of intellectual capital to firm’s financial performance with strategy as moderation. The research’s object is manufacturing firm listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2010 until 2014. The sample use purposive sampling method, based on it the sample is used 107 firms. Results show there is impact intellectual capital to firm’s financial performance. For moderating role, the results show cost leadership strategy moderate the relationship between intellectual capital and firm’s financial performance. But differentiation strategy can’t moderate the relationship between intellectual capital and firm’s financial performance.
