ANALISIS PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SEBGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the influence of financial performance to firm value with moderating variable byCorporate Governance (CG). Financial performance is measured by ROA and Corporate Governance that is measured using management ownership, institutional ownership and independent comissionerwhile firm value is measured using Tobin’s Q.

Population in this research are non manufacturing and non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2010 to 2014. The samples are selected using purposive sampling method. Data used in this research is secondary data from the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id.

The regression results indicate that management ownership and independent commissioner has moderately effected financial performance and firm value while institutional ownership has not. Beside, this research also found that financial performance has positive significant effect to firm value.
