Abstract
Burnout will result in prolonged failure that encourages fear and pessimism in every
individual towards the future as part of the organization. This study aimed to analyze the
influence of role of conflict, emotional intelligence and the type of personality a burnout on
employees of PT.TPI Group. The object of this research is all employees amounted to 72
people with a sampling technique that total sampling. The data used are primary data by
distributing a questionnaire. In making the hypothesis test used quantitative analysis methods
through the formation of multiple linear regression model and t-statistics test. Based on the
results of research conducted with the help of hypotheses SPSS 17 found that the role of
conflict and the type of personality A positively and significantly impact on the burnout. While
emotional intelligence had no effect on the burnout in PT.TPI Group employees.
