Abstract

The share price is an indicator of their success in managing the company's management. If a company's stock price always increases, the investor or prospective investor considers that the company succeeded in managing their business. This study aims to determine the effect of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and the Gross Profit Margin (GPM) of the Share Price Changes in the industrial sector and the chemicals listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The independent variables were used in this study is the Earnings Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and the Gross Profit Margin (GPM), while the dependent variable is the stock price changes. The research sample is 53 companies using saturation sampling technique, and using secondary data. Methods of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study Earnings Per Share (EPS) has no effect on stock price changes, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on stock price changes, and the Gross Profit Margin (GPM) positive effect on the stock price changes.
