ANALISIS PENGARUH INFORMASI KEUANGAN DAN NON KEUANGAN TERHADAP UNDERPRICING PADA PERUSAHAAN KETIKA IPO (Studi Perusahaan IPO yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2010-2014)
Abstract
This research aims to verify and provide empirical evidences about: the effect ofFirm Size, Financial Leverage, Return on asset, Underwriter reputation, and Company Age to underpricing of companies that do an IPO in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010-2014. The populations of this research are 117 companies that do an initial public offering in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) since 2010-2014. Sample selection of this research use purposive sampling method. Type of data used are secondary data. Statistical tool used is multiple linear regressiont. The result of this research concluded that Firm Size, company age has a significant effect on underpricing. Financial Leverage, Return on asset, underwriter reputation had no significant effect on underpricing.
