Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of ROA, EPS, and DER to dividend payment decision. The object of this research is automotive and component sub sector that listed on BEI in 2011- 2014. Analysis method that used in this research is regression and classic assumption test that consist of normality test, multikolinearitas test, heteroskedastisitas test, autokorelasi test, and hypotesis test is conclude that ROA, have a significant effect on dividend payment decision in automotive and component sub sector, while EPS and DER have no significant effect on dividend payment decision in automotive and component sub sector.
