Abstract

The purposed of this research is to analyze the empirical of evidences on influenced career development and work motivation on the employes satisfaction. The sample of this research used 45 employee of “Pegadilan Agama Kelas 1 A Padang”.The data used primary data that obtained through questionnaires. In this research there are two categories of variables used. The first is the dependent variable refers to the employes satisfaction, the second is independent variables consisting of career development and work motivation. To perform hypothesis testing is done by using the method of quantitative analysis through the formation of multiple linear regression models and statistical (t-test). Based on the results of hypothesis testing is found that career development significantly influence on employee satisfaction of “Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1 A Padang”. The result also was founded work motivation has significantly effect on employee satisfaction on “Pengadilan Agama Kelas 1 A Padang.
