Abstract

This study aimed to get empirical evidence of the influence of motivation and working environment on employee productivity. In this study, the samples ware 41 employees of productivity at PT. Tidar Kerinci Agung Dharmasraya.The types of data are primary data that was obtained through questionnaires. In this study used two variables: the category of the variable is the productivity of employees, two independent variables consisting of motivation and work environment. To perform hypothesis testing is done by using quantitative analysis method through the formation of multiple linear regression model and t-statistics test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing is found that motivation significantly effect on employee productivity, then the working environment have a significantly effect on employee productivity at PT. Tidar Kerinci District Court Dharmasraya.
