PENGARUH KEPRIBADIAN TIPE A & B, JOB INSECURITY DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP STRES KERJA KARYAWAN PT. GARDA TOTAL SECURITY PADANG

Abstract

Worked stress is a major threat for modern organizations today that could potentially cause a lot of negative impact, both for the employees and the organization. This research aims to analyze the influence of the type of personality A & B, job insecurity and the workload to working stress employees in PT. Garda Total Security Padang. The sample in this research were taken using Slovin approach as many as 71 employees. With was using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The used of data is primary data through questionnaires. To perform hypothesis testing was done by using quantitative analysis method through the formation of multiple linear regression model and t-statistics test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted by using SPSS 17, it found that type of personality A, job insecurity and workload positively and significantly impact on the working stress, While type of personality B had no effect on employee stress.
